- 2 Photos (35X45mm Size, White Background, 80% Face Image, 20% Shoulder Part, Matt Finish) Not Used In Previous Visa, No older then 3 Months, Without Specs

Leave & NOC letter should address to the consulate / embassy
If Applicant is Self Employee
- Covering letter format will be print on letterhead with stamp and signature (Flamingo visa team will give you format)
- 03 Page GST Certificate
- Business Registration / Partnership Deed or Memorandum of Article
- Company current Year Income Tax Return Acknowledgement Page only
- Company – 6 months Bank Statement with bank sign and stamp on each page with sufficient balance in A4 Size only
If Applicant Is Retired
- Retirement letter from Employer
- Pension Payment Order
If Applicant Is Student
- ID Card Copy
- Parents or legal guardians must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months.
- Copies of the passports of both parents (legal guardian) or PAN cards or driving license
- Written consent letter of the other, non – travelling parent or legal guardian, certified by public notary
